Both Sales and Quality Assurance have reached out to the homeowner. He let me know that his questions on the sales side have been answered and the takeaway he would like to pass on is that our response time move quicker. I interviewed eight companies and found sun-pro solar and it's sales consultant Lauren Gisriel to be the most knowledgeable. Excellent customer service skills. I was very please with the installers as well as the electricians. I highly recommend sun-pro.

<p>I interviewed four different solar companies.. Eric, the regional sales rep, was great. This was after the first sales person, scheduled an appointment and never showed up. No call..just nothing. I should have taken that as a sign. Since I wanted 3 bids at least, I called and said the guy never showed. However, Eric was very responsive and helpful. A great salesman. I would recommend Sunpro Solar over any solar company in San Antonio. They came out and gave me a quote which beat all others I had been given. They go above and beyond solar panels. Larsen ******was especially helpful in presenting the whole thing. Thank you Sunpro Solar!
Today Jun 8th was our install day and I was expecting a 2 day event at best. Brian and his installation team were the most efficient crew I have even seen working together. They knocked out the project in half a day. Rodney my sales consultant and Nancy the project coordinator worked in sync to make sure the entire process was effortless. Love the way the project looks and performs. Thanks SunPro for getting me 110% of my electric consumption.
We got our solar panels installed today!! We live in Fayetteville, Ar., and we are so impressed with the quality of work that the Sunpro Team did! Our solar specialist, William ******** ****, was extremely helpful to us in understanding everything, from how many panels we would need to every bracket and screw that was used on our roof. During a Stay at Home order effective for our state, on 4/29/2020, a saleswoman entered my 65 year old parents house to sell them solar panels. She was not called to come give them a quote, this was a solicitation for business on her part! I have no idea how many houses she entered prior to entering my parents home and having a face to face discussion. This company and woman should be fined. This is NOT essential, and now my Mom has been put at risk.
