Handed off 8 x in a year to different reps. Solar panels installed 9/24/21 unable to pass inspections due to neglect and poor communication between township, Ameren and Sun Pro. I will be seeking litigation and damages as panels were paid in full on instalation.. Also unable to reach anyone in management to complain and work out resolution.. Attempted several times monthly and weekly

Salesman was totally lying. **** plans for panels on my house and told me it was my barn. I know where my barn is . 60000$ for a bunch of lies.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for months (several months) to get my solar system connected to the grid with the bi-directional flow meter from Duke Energy . I am paying for both solar and utility....no discount etc. By calling Duke Energy and asking questions I figured out the SunPro submitted the incorrect info but never followed up to correct it. Duke advised they sent notification to SunPro. I had to inform SunPro of this and get them to correct it. This happen several times SunPro tell you have... read more

This is the worst company, they do not stand behind their work or what they say or promise. I have had this system for 2yrs now and my electric bills are high, also I have a loan which causes me to have higher bills than I had before. One of the companies executives told me the panels installed are not enough to cover my needs, and they will not install more unless I pay for it. They told me a tree was blocking the sun, they paid to have it removed, did not help, and my home is hotter since the tree is gone, now no one calls... read more
