Had my panels installed a couple months ago and very happy with the overall process. I had a person with their local office call me weekly and updated me as to where I was in the process. My panels are on and I’m able to see my production through an app they provided me! Highly recommend!
We had a great experience using Sunpro! We are saving a lot of money and are happy to be energy independent from the power company. The customer service has been phenomenal.
The sales pitch was GREAT, leaving me feeling "what have I got to lose"? The purchase and installation process was easy. The first year or so, you feel like your panels are working, since Sunpro gives you a $1,000 credit to be used toward your electricity costs. After your credit is used up, you realize that your panels are not working as they promised, and you are still paying for most of your electric costs. I am revising my 5 Star Review back to a 1 Star review, as Sunpro Solar did not honor our agreement of removing their solar panels and now we are moving toward ARBITRATION. Do not sign a contract with this company, as when you do, you are foregoing your right to dispute in court. Not only did pay Sunpro to install a $45,000.00 solar system, I TRUSTED the fact they were being honest when stating the 32 Solar Panels that I purchased would produce enough kwh to match my consumption. We entered into a contract that was supposed to be 32000 dollars they lied saying we could get a check from it's for tax credit and they pushed all the bottoms to file for a 45000 dollar loan which would have costed me 66000 dollars the representative Jonathan ******* and screamed at me saying he's gotten checks for hundreds of people it is a lie it's a credit not a rebate do not deal with theese over priced scam artists even the regional manager Vince was trying to lie to me this company is full of crap overcharge for infer... read more
