Waste of time. Contacted the company for a free estimate. The salesman came out, ************************* and spoke with us about the system etc. Talked about putting us both on the contract and took both of our information. Days then weeks went by barely hearing from him. We had to reach out to the company to get his phone number because he had never given it to us directly. Once we got that he kept ignoring the calls. Sales person tried to break into my home. Stayed at my residence for 40 minutes while my 12 year old daughter was inside alone. My daughter had a panic attack and unable to breath. ************************* did not leave until my 19 year old son arrived and told him to leave because he was scaring his sister. Instead ******************** moved to my neighbors house and parked. Finally, my husband called him and told he to leave immediately.

We were scammed in a major way by this ************** been nothing but a nightmare with them. They have put us in a very serious, stressful financial ************** aren't saving anything on solar. We're seniors on SS & disability & don't file taxes. The salesman told us we had to file taxes in order to get our tax credit to apply to the loan to keep our same payment. We tried to file & we don't qualify just like we told the salesman several times. Our monthly payment will be almost twice what our electric **** would have be... read more

Horrible experience over promised under deliver by a land slide. I was in the market for solar and had a rep come out to visit and he was late which I forgave him he gave me the reassurance and promising So I decided to move forward. So the process was no where close to ADT solar guide sheet. I had to doc u sign multiple times, I had to resign my contract because no HIS # which I search up and it was not valid. Then I was told it was a glitch and that I had to resign again. Which lead to the loan documents that I had to resi... read more

Sunpro/ADT terrible company. .December 2021 solar installed June 2022 still not up and running..have had 4 failed inspections by the city...we are no closer now to use solar than we were in December... communication with this company is terrible and no one knows what's going on....stay away from them and find a more reputable company
