Been here 2 times in the last 8 days after at least a 3 year lapse. With all due respect to some of the other reviewers, we found the food and margaritas to be just as good as when Joe was still with us.
We had horrible service ! Then the food was appalling ! My Burrito was served Luke warm I was asked what dressing I wanted for my salad I said ranch when it was brought to me it was in a package that was so warm that I could of used it for a hand warmer! The staff including the manager said that is normal? Really? My girlfriend got the seafood chimichanga and she could not even eat it it was so bad ! Been in Indy 3 years, on February 5th, 2016 went for lunch. It was the WORST dining experience in Indianapolis! Service was terrible, food was delayed, was told it was "coming off the grill" when it got to our table it was COLD! Discussed the issue with the waitress who reported the problem to? A manager? They never came over, never checked back! Will never go back in this dump!
Came in on a Sunday in a group of 15ppl. We were one of two tables. Food service was incredibly slow. Half of our group was done eating by the time the rest of the food came out. Our server did a good job. Server Mike is rude and not a good asset to this establishment . Was not our server and yet still felt the need to get smart with my family. His attitude was unnecessary.
I had to scrape burnt meat out of my chimichanga . My first time Visiting . Mediocre
I eat there all I can said is taco bell is like 5 star restaurant comer to this hole in the wall nasty place ever !they need to change that name ! Or close for good !

The food was AWFUL! My enchiladas tasted like ravioli, and my mom ordered a sea food chimichanga and come to find out they were out of sea food, so instead gave her a chicken chimichanga, and it tasted bad too! My sister had a taco salad and said it didn't taste good at all either. BUT our waitress was super nice and was very apologetic, sending her thanks for her apologies. We WONT be back!
