ABT really came through with service on my LG refrigerator even when manufacturer didn't. Will always buy from ABT (just no more LG fridge).
After having ABT come to my salon to hook up my gas dryer, we had a strong gas smell the next day. We immediately called People's Gas and they found that the ABT technician did not tighten the line properly, did not check that it was tightened and literally left a gas leak in my backroom. After realizing how extremely dangerous the situation could have been I called ABT to let a manager know what had happened. Outstanding customer service all around (I've been shopping here for >4 years). Chris Suchecki is arguably the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. (Ask for him in appliances.) Every delivery guy has been professional and gone the extra mile. (Justin Allen is my favorite.)
First off, I NEVER take the time to review for good or bad but...Where to begin?!? Heard the place was awesome- yes it is! Great store! We had a great sales person, Pete Ronzio. Very helpful and knowledgeable and we left within our budget. Didn't have that buyers remorse and what ifs going around in my head. Didn't really explore the store but would've been nice to check out the café and kitchen designs. This is not a review about my washing machine which was delivered yesterday but a review about ABT service. After installing washing machine, the water pressure in my kitchen was a trickle! ABT guy said it would come back within 1/2 hour, I waited 2 hours, no pressure. I called ABT and was told by CS it would be $198 for a plumber to come out (keep in mind I had just spent almost $1000!). Can't believe that after calling ABT today to talk to customer service about my refrigerator that isn't a year old yet and supposed to be stainless steel is rusting on the front face of the freezer door, I was told it isn't their problem and to call the manufacturer! Really disappointing when everything I've purchased in the past has always been backed by them, and now I'm kicked to the curb like an old dog!

The best electronic store in all Chicago area
Worst customer service I ever came across!!! (Except for Diane at the service desk) I just went to pick up an order and waited for a twenty minutes with NO LINE. No one knew where I had to go and it seemed as though only two people in the whole place knew where my order was. I had three customer service reps just stand the while I waited in the middle of their customer service department.
