I've had good experiences in the past, but a simple microwave install/disposal was a disaster. Installer tromped in with muddy boots, damaged an interior door, then had us sign a blank screen on his phone. When we got the receipt, the signature was above a "certifies no damage was done to the house" message. We need a new hot water heater, but I'm not planning on including ABT in that search. No response from customer service, so I'm going to start spreading the word to friends and family...

Service from Abt is a joke!! They have no 24 hr service for appliances purchased from their store. All my appliances are going bad just shy of 9 years after purchase and they're going to charge me $149 for the first one and $75 each for the other 2! Sending one technician....really? $300 just to walk into my home? Frustrated...
Excellent appliance super center! Will NEVER shop anywhere else for appliances. Great prices and even better service....my Whirlpool Duet washing machine was having draining/spinning issues....the repair part was on back order indefinitely...ABT replaced my washer and pedestal base AND the dryer/base as well with the newest model......I called inquiring if the models would look the same etc and the appearance of the newer model is distinctly different......I politely commented how we had spent a lot for the machines and boug... read more
I just have to say that for next day delivery service placed on December 30, 2013 my package just arrived today: January 21, 2014. I'm incredibly disappointed in the way that the sales people lie to make a sale.
