I worked at Marshall Fields for 22 years. I thought no one offered service like that. Until we discovered ABT. Amazing selection of products, competitively priced, very knowledgeable employees, and impeccable service. The items we purchased were delivered on the day they said they'd be, AND in the window of time they gave us. A wonderful shopping experience!
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Bought a $2000.00 set of Maytags on 6/8/14. Since then I have lost 4 days of work waiting for repairmen, paid over $150.00 at a laundromat and have only been able to use them for about 6 weeks. Both the washer and dryer have been broken twice. The customer service is a joke. Go to Grant appliances

I only purchase appliances at Abt. They've unbeatable service. They stand behind their work. Prices are competitive with all major brick and mortar stores but you won't get hosed on the when you need help. It's worth the trip out to their store. Just about everything you could possibly want plus hot cookies out of the oven on the weekend.
I have been without a refrigerator for almost 4 weeks now. Technicians have come out only to have forgotten the part, have the wrong part or have not fixed the problem. I have contacted abt several times demanding a solution but now today they tell me they're having a hard time locating the part that's broken! But yet They refuse to swap out my refrigerator with a new one. I'll never shop here again.

We also offer complimentary loaner refrigerators for customers who are without a fridge due to service issues; please let me know if that's something you need.
We order our fridge filters from you guys and you have the best prices and amazingly speedy delivery and on top of that you gave us this amazing tape measurer...thanks so much ABT!!
