Kate and the whole team at Simutek are so helpful, courteous and quick to help out and if the problem is not too serious, its free! I freaked out with my Macbook log in apparently being changed remotely. She installed free Malware and helped me thru it finally identifying the external keyboard as being faulty as most logical problem.
First and only time I'm EVER walking into this place. To start off I had some fault in the beginning but by the end I was beyond not ok with how this place handled my situation. I did not have a repair appt which was my fault to begin with so I was definitely not mad about that. I had been having some problems with screen protectors bubbling up and falling off after about a week or so. Well informed, prompt service, courteous staff
The staff, the management and of course the product they sell, they do not sell up and I have been many years with them. You could call them old fashioned as they are very honest and never have that genius type attitude they go out of their way to help you understand
They were very patient and helpful with my laptop. My husband had been my go-to computer guy, but when he passed rather suddenly, I had little experience with a mac. Now, I feel confident that if anything goes wrong, I can take it and my questions to Simutek.
I appreciate their concern for I phone problems and their education possibilities: I had a very thoughtful tutor there.
