The staff, Nimi & Mark, are both friendly and courteous. I needed a replacement case and clip for an older phone. Nimi had one ordered from their warehouse and when it came in Mark was kind enough to put it on. They both will greet You with a smile.
Service was quick and easy. I got everything I was looking for without and issue and they helped put on my new phone screen protector.
