Amy has excellent customer service! Very caring & knowledgeable. My phone was fixed in 20 minutes. I would most definitely come back & refer my friends.
Only because nobody was being rude. Came in May for screen replacement I was charged $160 for it. A young man did it. Screen went black 2 months later. Came in and was told their warranty only covered a month after service. The young lady "fixed it" and said that the sensors are sensitive???. Okay. My screen went black the very next day. I came back, she fixed it again and then claimed it was "water damage". Water damage?? Okay. My buttons on my phone was not working and then my phone went black again.
