I want to note that the staff are overall respectful, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my iPad Pro in without knowing what was wrong with it and was told I would receive a call within 2–3 days with a diagnosis. A full week went by with no call. When they finally contacted me, they said parts had been delayed, but assured me they would expedite shipping “just for me.” Another week passed with no call or update. I walked in to the store for my very first time and was greeted politely and they helped me out immediately. They were able to fix my phone in 30 min. I thought I was going to have to pay a lot of money for a phone but they saved my wallet! 100% recommend!
I came in for a quick fix to my joysticks and got it back in about 4 days. They accidentally slid one of the battery connectors behind the controller when reassembly. But I brought it straight back in and the manager Jojo fixed it quick as hell and was very apologetic. Definitely gonna go here if I need anymore repairs
Shout-out for Devante! My IPhone SE was no longer charging after I did a clean myself... I brought the phone to the store and within 20-minutes of reviewing the phone, he was able to fix it and get me on my way!!!
DO NOT COME HERE!! I paid $180 to get my iPhone 15 Pro Max Screen fixed on 1/3/2026 and when I was taking pictures,I could see green and purple shadows/lighting on my photos. Then I dropped my phone and the screen did not crack but the LCD was COMPLETELY ruined. Worst than the first time I came in. I believe they put the "after-market" LCD screen on, which is horrible quality and made me pay for the "Apple" quality screen.
