Not great at all. Brought in a phone that needed a battery replacement. The told me two day turn around. Wound up be five days with no legit explanation as to why. Then when the repair was completed I find out that my touch screen is not working. I asked if they were aware of the issue after the battery was replaced and they said the touch screen was working for them but some how stopped working by the time I got the phone back home. Jojo is an absolute stud and runs a very well oiled machine in his shop while he is there. I have taken 4 repairs to him within the past year and never did I expect to have a negative experience like the one I had today. The tall employee who was working around 12 today was completely unprofessional and gave me a bad taste on ever considering going back there. Jojo and team are outstanding. They quickly and perfectly replaced the components on my iPhone and had it back to me before lunch. Incredible prices too. Hope you never need electronics repaired but if you need to I’d 100% come here. Thanks all!
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I paid $200 for a battery replacement. I noticed the battery was hot during installation and voiced my concern, but the technician continued anyway. Shortly after The phone became hot, turned on for just a few seconds, and then died completely. I emailed them the same day, but they refused to take responsibility. So far I've brought my phone and my girlfriends phone. D and Jojo have been helping us and have been really helpful and courteous. They got both fixed quickly and got back to us right away.
