I want to note that the staff are overall respectful, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my iPad Pro in without knowing what was wrong with it and was told I would receive a call within 2–3 days with a diagnosis. A full week went by with no call. I accidentally damaged my device that I use for work, and I didn’t know where to go to get my device fixed but I came to this place. But unfortunately, I do not recommend coming here at all. Staff is nice and polite, which is great. I don’t recommend coming here sorry, workers are polite though, just wouldn’t recommend their repair service for devices. They took too long on my device all that for them to unfortunately tell me they broke my screen replacing the battery thing so I had to wait longer, and at the end they called me saying it wasn’t able to get fixed about two weeks later, I guess unless I paid more money they could fix it I’m not sure, I just went to pick up my device even though it was somehow chipped around some parts of my device and the... read more

DONT RECOMEND!!! Brought in a desktop i built because I was having issues. They told me the could diagnose it for $50. They called me back after 20 min saying the problem was with my psu and I knew then they just spammed the power button and decided to call that a diagnostic, but I gave them the the benefit of the doubt. After confirming the psu wasn't the problem I requested a refund but was told they don't do refunds. These guy lack the parts and understand to diagnose a desktop but will gladly take your money.
