I want to note that the staff are overall respectful, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my iPad Pro in without knowing what was wrong with it and was told I would receive a call within 2–3 days with a diagnosis. A full week went by with no call. Very friendly, helpful staff. They fixed the issue I thought I was having with my camera glass on the first visit and replaced my pixel back casing relatively quickly once they got the part in at a much more affordable price than UBreakiFixIt. The only note is Google maps says they close at 6 pm and they actually close at 5 pm, which is important to know for repair pickup.
Extremely disappointed with this business. My boyfriend brought his iPhone in for a screen repair after cracking it. After paying around $300, we later discovered that the phone had been repaired using aftermarket parts, including a battery and screen that were not fully compatible with the iPhone. Since the repair, the phone’s performance has been noticeably worse, and we’ve experienced issues that weren’t present before. This is the place. My phone is my business lifeline. Replacement cost isn't the issue. Its setting it up to what's become the normal. I was referred here by a customer and the trip was worth it. I refer them to my customer as well. I walked in to a short wait. Explained my issue, instantly had a couple options presented to me. Then 40 minutes left with a fully functioning phone again. They are professionals give them a try.
