We've had such a horrible experience with the service technicians. We bought over $40k worth of applicances / electronics and 7 months later, we are STILL trying to get an ice maker to work properly as well as a part replaced that the technician broke during one of the multiple failed attempts of fixing it. VERY DISSAPPOINTED :(

My family and I have been waiting for six months for Abt to order, schedule an appointment and install a part for our microwave. If this is not bad enough, at least four times we've reached out to Abt for a status...three times they have said the part is in and have scheduled an appointment... only for them to cancel the appointment to say the part is actually not in. Also they keep pressing us to purchase a new microwave instead of fixing it. It is very clear the customer support group does not communicate and does not care... read more

Would never order from here again, on the surface their service seems great but delivery process is the worst. takes them 4-5 weeks to do anything. Ordered a 4 appliances (not cheap ones either) said it'd be here 3-4 weeks, at end of 4th week called and was told 'oh it just go there, we were going to call to schedule delivery'' -\-\ delivered 9 days later. Microwave was broken, ok not their fault but told 3 weeks for replacement .. called at end of three weeks was told ' it just got here, we can schedule delivery' 2 weeks la... read more

We shopped for a new microwave. Our salesman, Steve P. was the very best. He was helpful and very patient with us. We probably talked to him 6 or 7 times trying to get just the right microwave to fit in our built-in space because the first one we ordered did not fit. He ordered us a new one and took the old one back without charging us an extra penny. Our experience with Abt was outstanding, and we will continue to shop there for all our new appliances.

Poor service, Poor info, Poor communication. Extremely poor shipping. 19 days no washer and dryer. These people have no clue what customer service is. I do not see how they are still in business.

Can't say enough about ABT's Tech Support Team. Silem walked me through a problem I had hooking up wireless headphones to my TV. Since I am not familiar with the equipment or terminology, he couldn't have been more patient and would not end the conversation until all was in working order. So thankful. Joan B

I have been an ABT customer for years and have to say I have not had one bad experience and only good things to say about them. We had a new dishwasher installed yesterday and the guys (Paul and Jeremy) were very efficient and you could see they knew what they were doing. Paul has been installing for ABT for 14 years! They were in and out in no time. Thanks guys!
