Takes two weeks to get a service call, and they can't correctly diagnose refrigerator appliance issues. They can't seem to order the correct parts (twice!) then they modify the part to 'make it work'. Still doesn't work......Been without a fridge now for a month! Called today and guess what???, it's another two weeks for a service call........
per service department after 2 1/2 year whirlpool washing machine- why do you want to talk to a manager- what do you expect us to do for you?

For a company that supposedly prides itself in customer service, I am appalled at the way I was treated this morning on the phone with one of your customer service representatives. For the amount of money that I have spent in your store in the last several years, purchasing all new appliances for my home, I expect more. I would appreciate if somebody would get in contact with me regarding my issue. Thank You

The greatest service! I would recommend this store to anyone...we purchased our tv here a few years ago and we aren't all that tech savvy. They set it up and explained all functions. They even came back and went over it with us again! Now they brought us our new gas grill and threw in a stadium blanket plus popcorn through their donation to Autistic kids! Love them.
Bought a Bosch dishwasher from Scot Hurwitz over the phone. He was very nice to deal with. He strives to give the customer the best of service. Plus we paid no sales tax and got free shipping to Georgia! My hubby gets a 10% discount at Lowes and Home Depot for being a veteran but ABT and Scot beats prices from these box stores. Definitely will check with Scot and ABT when we are in the market for anything electronic. Thanks Scot for giving us a great purchase experience!!!
