ABT just replaced my two year old washer for free (had extended warrentee from ABT for 5 years--highly recommend that) old one was LG brand that was acting very eccentric. LOVE my new LG washer. I needed a product delivered to my home builder for installation at the last minute. I chose overnight shipping and ordered well before their daily cutoff. I received an order verification phone call at my credit card verification phone number and promptly returned it, but they still didn't ship my order out. BE CAREFUL of this company they are LIARS. i tried to price match an item and made sure that the price match met all the requirements. called them and the guy was very quick to reject me. first he said he couldn't find the product on the competitor's website and then he magically found it saying that it was for in-store only. made up a bunch of excuses and said that the offer to be matched must be available online. i was staring at the price match policy and it clearly did no...Continue Reading

I've been a loyal customer of Abt for over 25 years, simply put this is the best place to shop. Great customer service, great selection (from top of the line to budget choices) and ambiance (yes you heard that right, I said ambiance) you simply can't beat this store!

We have been loyal customers with ABT for a few years now, but wanted to lend some advise to ABT. We had a stove installed by ABT last summer. When the weather got colder and the windows had to be sealed, a couple weeks later we started feeling ill every once in a while.
