Live this store! We have been loyal abt customers for years!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered two Asus tablets from them two days ago, after calling and verifying they were in stock. The salesman told me he had three available for purchase. Today, I'm told they're on backorder. You can't trust them.
Terrific customer service! They honored a price mistake on a new tablet when they didn't have to. They don't make companies like this anymore.
I have shopped ABT for years, purchased a lot of electronics and had them install a home theater and smart home. Installers are first rate!!
I do not recommend Abt to anyone, esp. to my friends and family. They have absolutely no idea how to service a product that have sold and horrible horrible customer service all around... 6 different service men have came out for the past 2.5 months and they all say last service man had a wrong evaluation and order the wrong parts. And they have the guts to keep on increasing the part fees. Instead of increasing the my charges, take some responsibility on your end of "miss evaluation" and absorb all parts fees.
