Shout out to Vim Patel in appliance sales- We came in to buy a microwave and he went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and even got an installer out to help us! It was a busy Sunday and I am sure he could have been selling some luxury appliances- but he never rushed us to make a decision and has followed up with us twice. Thanks Vim!

do not I Repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM abt electronics. especially samsung tvs. product- poor/defective/ substandard quality and doesnt make the half way point of the projected life span. customer service- dishonest, slow, poor in service and non-responsive.

We have purchased all of our appliances for 2 houses at Abt over the last 15 years. They had usually been quite responsive for service calls or other issues that had emerged over time and we had always been happy until now. However, our most recent interaction has been a complete disappointment. We purchased a new dishwasher from Abt in November and it never really worked well. Not sure ABT should be in the mattress business. We bought 2 queen size mattress sets. Were delivered on Feb 2. At 7 pm. The 9 inch box springs would not fit up our stairs. Have not been able to get help from anyone. No manager of the mattress department.?! The sales man never returns my calls( why do they give you there direct numbers??) I called again today and he actually answered but was very busy as Friday was his day off and he needed to catch up. Would call me back. Have yet to hear from him. I flip homes and have been ordering with ABT for the past two years until today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had to do a service call at my own home, and got the service guy tell me that putting the silver lining on my hood wasn't his job! So needless to say after ordering my hood in October and getting it installed my hood finally works but he couldn't even put the lining up, since it wasnt part of his job! Quibids uses this company as one of their "vendors." Before Christmas I had won/bought two of the Sony Bravia Smart TVs and BOTH arrived with cracked screens. I received them at least two months apart and was saving them as gifts. Once I saw that one had a cracked screen, I called Q and they had me send it back and ABT sent me a new one that was fine. Bought 4 expensive appliances from ABT and will never buy there again. I have had a problem for about 2 months with the ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately, I didn,t take out the extended warranty. The appliances were purchased in July of 2014 and ,of course, when the ice maker stopped working correctly, it was just out of warranty. The days of the great service at ABT are over. We have shopped at this store and have spent thousands of dollars on appliances for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the service with this company has absolutely deteriorated. We have a broken dryer (approx 3 years old) and have been trying to get it repaired for over a week. Waited a week for a repair man to come out and he shows up with only part. $200 later and we think he fixed what was originally the problem but after he put it back together the drum will not rotate. Last week I ordered a fridge and range with Andy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in need of new appliances; however, I was so hesitant to order because it was a nightmare when I ordered my last two appliances. Best Buy and Lowes have no one with any knowledge of appliances nor do they have their own people that deliver and install.
