Would have been better if they took notice of the guy by himself and asked if he needed some help after standing in front of the dishwashers for about 10 minutes looking at them.

Co-presidents (I got to meet Jon) and their employees truly care only about making customers happy. That store is purely just different culture among any stores in the US. If that's a restaurant, they are easily 3-star Michelin.
So far this year I have purchased 2 maytag dryers, a maytag dryer, and a 75 inch Samsung TV. The 1st dryer I purchased and had my elderly best friend in Kansas city, mo back in February; delivery smoothly and she's had no probs with it. The washer/dryer set I purchased for myself this month win be delivered until next month with me being out of town beginning tueday, but the 3rd delivery of the tv is monday. Why a 3rd delivery? It's always one of the dangers with shipping TVs long distance, but we use Pilot for shipping our large products nationwide because they've always provided a level of service we trust. Could you please send a private message with your customer info so I can have my customer service department look into your orders and see what we can do to help out? And please keep us updated on the third TV as well.
Update*** Finally got my new tv and it's working great. Just wish the problem would have been resolved sooner. BUT very glad it is finally taken care of. After a months worth of dealing with an issue on a 900$ tv order I was finally contacted an offered a resolution. Will update after my tv arrives
Great atmosphere, plenty of help, but no pressure. Tons of entertainment for the kids- they didn't want to leave!

Abt has to be the greatest electronic store ever! All the employees know the products their selling. Then you have the ppl that deliver and install items, they know it all! Every time I leave that store, even if I go just to browse, I leave with a purchase of 300 to 400 or more. And I love the coffee shop they have at the end of the street.
I wanted to purchase a grill for my husbands birthday and I wanted it assembled (because who wants to have to assemble their own birthday gift!). I used the online chat and told them I wanted it either same day or next day and ABT was able to do it when no one else could, plus they price matched. I literally picked it up fully assembled within 2 hours of ordering it. Very happy costumer!
