Honestly I was a little apprehensive because I thought it would be coming right from kohl's. When it switched me to ABT I wasn't familiar with them and wondered if my order would come at all but was pleasantly surprised at the constant communication with me and my order came on time and couldn't be more pleased with their service.

We have been buying appliances for our home and rentals from ABT for over 20 years and ae always extremely pleased. We are in the process of choosing all new appliances, sound, etc and everyone at ABT is so helpful! We loved the Inspiration Studio too!!
Well so far I have had a good experience. I bought a Samsung refrigerator, it was delivered by AM Trucking who did a great job of delivering. We are building a house and it's not ready yet for appliances so I can't speak for Samsung if it will be working, if like other Samsung products I have bought it should be great. I felt I got a really good buy from ABT and if they would have had all the other appliances I wanted I would have bought them there.
