I'm very upset I bought my parents a matag wash machine in Jan 11 2014 and it just broke they want $175:00 for the service call plus parts my parents are seniors I have no idea how there going to get another one . I'm so upset ,

I recently had some appliances delivered. I could not be happier with the experience. They confirmed the appointment, showed up on time, put down protective covering on the floors, brought in and installed everything quickly and professionally. and took all traces of packaging with them when they left. They even set the clock on the stove to the right time. Except for the new appliances, there was no sign that they had been there. Well done!

Abt is our go to place. Their customer service is unmatched, it's never a problem finding help and everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working there. Plus, add on the warm, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and the free movies in the Dave Abt Theater and you have yourself an experience! Definitely worth the hour drive!!

In less than 10 years, all of my kitchen appliances have died. Stop selling sub-par products. Your customer service was of no help at all. I used to trust ABT- not any more.

About a year ago I purchased 5 appliances from ABT. Price was good, delivery & institution was seamless. A month ago my microwave broke. I called for a service call. That was a 10 day wait. I told the agent on the phone what the issue was. Took the day off work. Service technician calls and asks if the unit was heating. Yes it is, but the circuit board was failing and the unit would run on its own. Total safety hazard. He tries to get out if the service call. I tell him the unit requires service. They would not sell the item at the price they advertised. Said that price was only for people in the Chicago area. But they knew I wasn't in the Chicago area since they have my address. It was a BLACK FRIDAY AD sent to me in Ohio. No distinction about location in the AD they sent - they just get you call and try to upsell you. Stay away from ABT
