Over tha last few years I have purchased five large screen flat tv's from Abt. As far as I am concerned there is no better place to buy.

Was notified after that someone would need to be home for delivery after purchasing the product. Called and switched address and was told no problem but still went out to wrong address. Then once did get switched they said it would be delayed due to the switch. Then they did not give UPS my suite number at the office so now my daughter will not have her laptop for Christmas. Always liked ABT but not much at this moment.

ok, it's the holidays and maybe there still is magic. what am i saying.....yup there is magic at ABT!!!!!!!just had two installers, Jason and JT, not only know what theheck they were doing, but behaved so politely and professionally that it was MIND BLOWING. The sales guy Bryan Russo.....I'd trust any day of the week....what a delight...knew his stuff.....knew marketing and was just super gracious. We bought our flat screen tv's from ABT,had no problems at all,we also bought our new dishwasher. We only buy from ABt because of the geat customer serive we get,the prices are fantastic and if there is any problems with deleivefry they are taken care of. I just re-ordered more ink formy new printer I bought from you guys a few months ago. My wife and I will continue to shop at Abt's.

..... be aware at the service and delivery crew . some of them are rude , angry , not happy because of the work they do, also they really don`t care about your walls floor and stuff at the house. they are even rude to their supervisors , for example they come to your house with new fridge because one u get month earlier had manufacture defect , they even bring new item in and did damage on it , so i said i want a new one and i wasnt going to sign any papers till i`m going to get a new fridge , (guy said : call ABT they will ... read more
