took 30 seconds for salesman to brush off the computer I wanted to talk about, tried to sell me one that was an overload for a senior citizen as well as way over my budget. sent him an email same day and still waiting for an answer 5 days later.

I am I being short sighted on this since I have used ABT for many of the rentals I work with and this is the second time they have messed up maybe, but I am tired of the mess ups. I was counting on the delivery yesterday and had other trades there today to do the work and now they can't because ABT didn't deliver and now they are not helping.

Just bought a HP All-In-One desktop for home use. ABT had the absolute lowest price with free shipping. The check out process was very easy and quick. Very pleased.

Abt was going to set up an exchange for a defective item that I had purchased but then Abt claimed that they tried to have it picked up and that the pick-up attempt was unsuccessful when in fact the item was picked up. Beyond frustrated. Lack of communication. After further looking at the pick-up attempt, a supervisor finally saw that the item did in fact get picked up. NEVER SHOP HERE.
They had what i wanted in stock and had it to me in a timely manner. idk what more i could ask for.
Ordered a pair of Beats Wireless Bluetooth headphones for Xmas at the last minute. I ordered them after I ordered a pair from Walmart, they were a little bit less and got here before Walmart's did!! Great customer service!!!!
I thought I needed a new TV and decided the Sony Model KDL-32W600D was my best bet. Amazon and other places were out of stock. I remember Consumers Reports had a good rating for Abt for electronics based on their survey of members. The price matched what Consumers Reports had and Abt offered free shipping to boot. I know some will have issues with customer service using any company. I wanted to say how easy this process was an also how quickly the range was delivered. The delivery men were nice an took care of setting up the range. I would recommend ABT as I got great service from start to installed. I never once stepped into the store, the process was done via internet and a phone call.
