Beware of Abt installing your appliances. The 1 year extended warranty is enticing, but their installers are ignorant. Once again I got blamed for their lack of training and knowledge with how to install SubZero wood front panels. No way he claimed, even after admitting he did not have the correct paperwork. First and last time I ever buy from this company. Customer service is terrible they say they do something then you call back two weeks later because they go MIA then they say they didn't do what ever is it they were suppose to do told them over 30 times to change my address and phone number and they still haven't lol this company is a joke I never leave reviews on anything but my lord I had to for this one please avoid buying from them

My wife and I went to Abt to start a new plan with AT&T. The entire staff was very accommodating and prompt with answers to any questions. They had the phone I wanted available, but didn't have the phone my wife wanted. Thankfully, they ordered it for us and had it ready within 5 days. If you're looking to get a new plan or upgrade your phones, go to Abt, and ask for Monika. She was extremely helpful and patient with us, and fully represents the professionalism that you can expect from all Abt employees.

I found out about this company through American Express Membership Rewards I got a Sony TV I was in press by the customer service so I always go back to this store when I need some electronics I love the customer service I purchased iPad 2 and DIRECTV digital box and now Playstation4.
Worst online shopping experience in over 20 years. You guys supposedly pride yourselves on customer service and your longevity. However, refuse to compensate a new customer that had to wait over 3 weeks for a delivery that was promised to take 5 days. There were so many ways to make this right and gain my trust but it is very clear you don't care. There is no truth to your slogans and it's quite the opposite. You just care about the money and not the customer. Thank you for the worst online shopping experience ever!

Horrible Experience! Went into Abt on Wednesday (12/20) to buy a frig to replace our failed one. We told the salesman, Mr. Lorenz, that we needed is ASAP as we had a holiday party at the house Friday (12/23). He assured us it would be delivered on Thursday (12/22). Thursday came and nothing. We called Abt to inquire. Here's the problem. We were treated VERY RUDELY by their customer service and were made to feel it was OUR FAULT for this.
