Amazing service-,ABT honored price from Grand appliance and gave me a better delivery date
Incredibly frustrated with the service at ABT! It's been 2 months now and 4 service visits and I still have a broken ice maker. After talking with a manager I thought the 5th visit would be the last one, however the manager scheduled it on the wrong date! Still have a broken ice maker and have no idea when they are coming out again to fix it OR if it will be fixed. I have used ABT In the past for my other appliances as they were purchased there, but I don't think I will ever use them again for service.
Even though we were there in a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed we were able to receive great service with quick delivery. They have a great selection and always stand behind their products.

I like Abt appliances. I bought an oven range last year and just last weekend went back for a dishwasher. Unfortunately I have been met with poor customer service since purchasing the dishwasher. I gave the specifications for my dishwasher to the sales lady we worked with she said the Maytag I ordered would have no problem fitting. When it was delivered today, it didn't fit. It was too wide. The delivery guy told me I had to exchange it for a Bosch or Miele (both of which are much pricier than the Maytag I ordered.) He also ... read more

We stumbled into Customer Appreciation day and were quite satisfied. We bought 2 refrigerators and got a pretty good deal. John was very helpful and we actually got out of there pretty quickly. Thanks.

First... I still own the refrigerator I bought from ABT in April 1983! And it still works!! Love ABT Electronics. My Kitchenaid dishwasher broke yesterday. When I called ABT for help, it turns out that, even tho my dishwasher is long out of warranty, Kitchenaid updated the part that failed and made it permanently under warranty! So it is absolutely.free!! Thank you!
As much as I love the sales side, the service side leaves much to be desired. I'll never use them again!

Overall, this store is awesome. Great selection. Really good service. The thing that I can't figure out is why their scheduling system for service calls is so archaic. You have to make an appointment pretty far in advance with no time window, and they don't call you until the day of the appointment to give you a 2 hour slot. Basically you have to be available all day until the last minute. For a store that is pretty customer focused I just don't get why they can't bring a little technology and transparency to scheduling.
