I have been their customer for the past few years and purchased several items from them. Abt is always my first choice for any electronics I purchase and their customer service is first rate!

We bought five appliances about a year ago. The microwave broke within 11 months. The worst part is that ABt required us to take apart brand new kitchen cabinets so that it could replace a part inside the unit. And it took 2 months total for a repair that was under warranty. Just after the one year anniversary of our appliances, the refrigerator started leaking water all over our floor. It took a week to get somone out (still under warranty) and a part was to be ordered. Have worked with Abt on a furnace, water heater, and kitchen appliances for my home and office. We have always recieved stellar service, their warranties are amazing, and from everything I have seen and heard it is a wonderful place to work where they really value their employees. Great local company that has been a joy to work with.
Bought a new Viking stove within the 1st month it malfunctioned 9 months later issue is still not resolved I just keep getting the run around and now even the dish washer isn't working worst experience ever. I was better off shopping at Best Buy or something
AbtElectronics may have great prices and we bought many appliances from them but the customer service is one of worst to deal with when trying to get something repaired that is covered under warranty. Scheduling is a joke. Part comes in and they call the cell but do not leave a message. Supervisor says it's our job to call them back based on the missed called. It's a Des Plaines number on the cell. No Name. Yea right.

I've purchased many appliances and TV's from ABT over the years. They have great prices and the best customer service and support there is. I like supporting a local family business that treats their customers as well as their employees very well. I highly recommend ABT to everyone I know.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS With these guys. Recently purchased a dishwasher $900 and paid $ 200 for a so called white glove service. Turns out I paid $200 extra for ABT to bring the dishwasher in my house instead of leaving the dishwasher in front of the house. No install and no disposal of the old dishwasher. Now I need to pay $400 extra to get it installed. Better to buy through Best Buy or HHgregg.

The $100 you were charged for "White Glove" always only includes bringing the product into the house, unpacking it and carrying away the packaging materials. Just had an amazing experience at ABT, our rep Povilas"Paul" was very informative and took the time to really explain and show us the benefits of each model appliance.
