I love Abt- we have been customers for many years simply the very best
ABT just lost about $2000 in sales because of the condescending attitude of some bald guy in the car audio department. Simple questions about price were smugly answered (half-assed might I add, often including a statement like "it depends" or "it varies"). The entire time he was acting like I was wasting his time. I can't believe I'm putting up a review like this for Abt. My wife's family ONLY bought from Abt for 50 yr's. Since we moved here 25 yr's ago, I've bought only at Abt & told everyone over & over how great they are. Then came my expensive Maytag washer 3 yr's ago. We even got the expensive extended warranty. 3 yr's & 3 rotors as well as other parts. After far too much time Mgr Mark Mroz finally did the repairs for about 1/2 off. What a frickin' ripoff!!! I bought a DJI phantom 3 professional quadcopter from ABT Electronics, being told that they had them in stock and I would get it in 2-3 days. Two weeks later it finally showed up after being lied to over and over again that it had been shipped out but they couldn't provide me tracking info. When it showed up, it was defective. This is the BEST company in the whole wide world. BAR NONE the BEST customer service I have EVER received. I think I just fell in love with this company. Seriously. I had purchased a Samsung Dual fuel flex door range a couple months ago. I received it and it didn't look like it had any damages. When I got it installed last week, I couldn't open the door. I had purchased a grill online and didn't recognize my mistake (NG vs. LP) until it was almost assembled. ABT exchanged it with no hassle. Everyone I dealt with during the process was professional and courteous.
the price online changes every min... when i tried talking to someone online, they wouldn't believe me, its your own webpage!!!
