Stopped buying at Lowes because they did not have their own service depth! Called ABT day before Christmas and wow service man came our next day! I figure boy did I buy from the right store! Then they had to order parts and I called January 2nd and parts were in but it will be January 13th before they can install the parts! THREE WEEKS without a washer so I may as well go back to Lowes! One add on the service man that came out was one of the best I have ever had come out!

We started shopping online at ABT about five years ago when we needed a specific refrigerator for a very small kitchen. They not only offered some great choices, they had the absolute LOWEST price for every item. Back then, we lived in Pennsylvania. Now that we live in the Chicagoland area, we wouldn't shop anywhere else. Remodeling a kitchen and getting new appliances was a fun shopping experience with ABT on our side.
A little apprehensive towards ordering from Abt as the price was so low I assumed the (new garbage disposer) was reconditioned or not the name brand (Whirlpool) as advertised. After close inspection I could not find any info on the site that lead me to believe that my order was anything but legit. Received my new disposer within a couple days and it was exactly what I ordered - new and name brand. I've found a new company to use when I need to order electronics or appliances! Great experience. I'll be back.

Every order from ABT has been on time as advertised with no hassles. I called sales once and they were very helpful. With no tax & free shipping, I shop here for electronics before other online retailers. Very pleased!!

I used to shop Abt while living in Chicago and now, I find that I still get a better deal at Abt then anywhere else including Amazon and I live in Arizona. Will continue to do electronic shopping at Abt
