I was having some intermittent problems with my thermostat. Josh M. came out and spent a couple of hours troubleshooting a problem that was hard to replicate. In the end, I decided to replace the thermostat which Josh was able to do while he was here. No waiting for a part to come in. No waiting to schedule another visit. It was just done. Awesome service from a very professional HVAC expert who represents an excellent company.
The service was great! Did a tune up and recommended the fixes necessary for my ac. The technician was awesome and very helpful. Thank you!

Our furnace went out this winter. Perfect was on site within an hour. My wife received a picture and a bio for the tech before he showed up. He was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain his findings and options in full before fixing the issue. Mike T. went out of his way to make my wife comfortable and I truly appreciate Perfect Plumbing, Heating and Air!
