Brian was great told us what needed to be done gave us an estimate. He came in the next day and put booties on, which was nice. He spent a long time under the house in 96 weather. Still smiling when he was done. The problem was solved and everything is running great now.

We had some major water problems. Today Thomas Grengs came to clean out the cloged drain. He was very pleasant and did a good job. I had a call while he was still working and had to leave to take a friend to the emegency room. I left him still working and headed out. He not only did a great job, he had the dispatcher call me and check on how my friend was doing. That is above and beyond the call!!

Superb service! The technician faced a real head scratcher as not only had the Home Depot contractor installed an EcoBee thermostat improperly, I'd tossed the installation manual! Considerable troubleshooting was involved, and he had to jump through a few hoops, but he finally got it and the air conditioner to play nice with each other. Highly recommended -he definitely earned his pay.

Melanie was pleasant and very quick. I felt very confident that she knew what she was doing and was very happy with her service. I received a call at 8:30am and she showed up at 9:00am. She went thru my air conditioner and was even nice enough and changed my filter in my furnace. I had surgery and could not do it by myself. I am very pleased with everything she did. Thank you
