Dan Caruse, from Perfect Plumbing, came to our house to check all our plumbing systems and was extremely thorough and pointed out small leakage. He gave information on how to take care of piping and what to watch out for. Made some corrections and gave us a printout of needs. It is obvious he knows plumbing and we have full confidence in his knowledge and workmanship.

They were very good about confirming exactly when they would arrive for our technical check up. Dan and his assistant were very thorough and helpful. We especially appreciated Dan giving us the name and number of someone to take care of the (unbeknownst to us) spider problem that exists in our crawlspace. Did a great job installing our new water heater and then troubleshooting why we weren't getting soft hot water with our water softener and fixing it for great price. Very professional ,friendly and a great plumber !!

We had a repair that did not go as expected. A1 worked hard to resolve the problem and finish the job correctly. They never stopped working until we were 100% satisfied. The company went above and beyond to take care of our concerns. Their plumbing specialists, Damian and Dan were so great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. We definitely will be using them again.
