I had Dustin from A1 perfect plumbing solve outdoor and kitchen plumbing problems.. his knowledge , efficiency and patience with my questions rate 5 stars !! My calls to A1 were responded to with updated posts as it was a busy day. Earlier I had major main water line breakage and that huge job was another 5 star accomplishment , I love the perfect plumbing team !

We had a plugged up toilet and Perfect Plumbing had Christian out to our house within an hour. He viewed the problem and wrote up an estimate before doing any work. He was very professional and thorough in checking out the situation. We have had them out for other issues and have been satisfied each time.

I scheduled a routine service on my furnace before winter. I received at least two reminders of the appointment and Al arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful of my time and concerns. He completed the service efficiently and from what I can tell, effectively. He explained what he did understandably and gave me alternatives to any deficiencies in my 12-13 year old furnace, which allowed me to make my choices. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
