It's hard to get excited about spending $5k on a furnace. It's not particularly nice to look at, it only comes in one color and it doesn't have that new furnace smell. But I can tell a huge difference already in that the house doesn't have wild temperature swings from day to night. And there is the cool thermostat. Morgan was a professional and made it clear why we chose the most reputable company in town.

As part of a service package we received from A1, a technician was sent to check our furnace and air-conditioning unit. Our unit hadn't been serviced since we purchased it. I expected a very quick check and told that it was working. To my surprise, the furnace was inspected as well as the thermostat. The unit itself was opened and the dirt and leaves were cleaned from inside the unit. All of the wires and pipes going into the unit were inspected as well as the pressure of the coolant. Thomas was very prompt this morning for our plumbing inspection and was extremely courteous and HONEST about our review. He informed us of an area where we could make an improvement, but was honest in letting us know that it wasn't something that "had" to be done right now. Loved his personality and sense of humor!!

Thank you Chris for the advice to get water detectors. Found no problem with my plumbing, which is good. Problem was Possible toilet overflow while I was out of town and had a house sitter!
Thank you Chris M. for the A/C service today. Explained the inspection results and very professional in doing so.
Phil and Danny did a great job installing my new A/C unit. Arrived ahead of time and got job done in a timely manner. Everything is working wonderfully and if you have to buy a new cooling unit Perfect Air by A1 is a good choice.

We came home late one evening after being gone all day and our house was very hot. The A/C was barely blowing and the air that was coming out was room temperature. We called A1 and they got Josh out within about an hour of our call. He was able to get the system back up and running and we were very pleased with the experience!
