Perfect Air has been a wise choice for us. We have not had a bad experience with any of the technicians who have responded to our calls. Dan Caruso was excellent today. He explained everything to my wife and answered any questions she had very well. Great experience.

Josh performed an excellent service on our AC. We have a new home and the service on our AC has never been performed. I didn't realize how dirty the unit was. Josh found the capacitor in the unit had low voltage. I agreed to have this replaced. I then Googled low voltage on a capacitor and found that it had to do with performance of the motor startup. Pete Booher and his team at A1 were extremely professional, and Pete himself was very caring and overall great guy. My husband and I just bought our first home last spring, and when our pipes burst from under the house (bad plastic pipes), our world got really hectic. I called around to a couple different plumbers and A1 quoted us at the best rate. My husband and I cannot tell you enough how impressed we were with Pete and his team. They helped to calm a hectic situation and also help us navigate with our insurance.
Dan Caruso did my annual plumbing inspection which is part of my Platinum Service plan. He was courteous, friendly and kept me informed of what he found as the inspection progressed. He recommended that I replace my plastic hoses to my fixtures and washing machine with braided hoses and was able to perform the job on the spot.

JT arrived shortly after I received the notification call. JT was professionally dressed, (company uniform), neat in appearance, and very courteous. He answered my questions as I explained the situation to him. Although he did not need to perform any services during this visit, he did explain some alternate procedures that we could do to add value to our bathroom remodel.
