I had a faint strange noise for several days and then woke up on a Saturday morning to an obvious spraying sound, and thereafter discovered water on the floor under the washing machine. The dispatcher was helpful and was able to get a tech to my house in a little over an hour. The tech put covers over his shoes immediately on entering the house (and each time he had to come back in) - he was friendly and extremely polite. We have used A1 plumbing several times and have found them to be reliable, professional and quick to respond to our needs from the initial contact to the finished job. We were happy to qualify for both the military and senior discounts. We feel that both the quality and the accuracy of service is excellent. Brian Hughes was exceptionally personable, professionable and completed the installations and answered our questions to our satisfaction, all in a timely manner.

Lloyd G. with A1 completed a fair amount of work for us recently, and we couldn't be happier. His attention to detail and professionalism were certainly more than appreciated. Also, and just as important, his good personality caused me to ask him if we could request him specifically on any future work. And as it turns out, we'll need him before too long for an install of a Flowtech inline water system he was very knowledgeable about, to cure our hard water woes. You're alright, Lloyd, and very appreciated.

Called because of a clogged sink. Noticed online they had a $99 deal on unclogs Asked if they had any idea of the cost. They said no it would cost $40 for the plumber to come out and he would tell me. He shows up said it would cost $365 buck to unclog a sink. I asked about the $99 deal. Said only applies to outside plugs. So dishonest and misleading. He was here maybe 5 minutes. Should have just burned the $40 bucks. Very much a bait and switch

A-1 was great. Arrived early and the service man, Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable when others I had asked didn't have an answer for me. I really appreciate his effort to solve a problem and come up with a solution. Great service, good guy.
