My Water heater had gone out the day before Thanksgiving and I didn't know who to call. I flipped open there yellow pages and found A-1 plumbing. When I explained my situation the gal on the phone told me my call would go in as URGENT but without an extra charge. 30 Minutes later Brian was at my door ready to do the job. When I have plumbing issues I will remember to call A-1 plumbing!

I won a free General Service Heat checkup after attending the "Boise Home Show" early this month. Mike Thompson arrived at the promised time and did a General Service checkup on our 30 year+ gas furnace. He recommended a furnace upgrade due to the age of the furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain the furnace condition and issues. Mike was friendly and I would recommended him for any service you may need on your HVAC system. Rick Reierson

It was a small job for Jerry, but not something we were having luck dealing with on our own. Have used A-1 for years and always satisfied as this time. Jerry is new but as courteous and efficient as we expect from this company.

The technician, Chris, was polite and professional, as all A1 technicians are. My disappointment was that the appointment was scheduled for sometime after 2:00. I received a phone call a little after 8:00am the Technician would be here in about 30 minutes. Since my appointment was later in the day, I had obligated myself for the morning. Not good!

When JT came out he stayed as long as it took to get my problem solved. Kasey and JT were professional and even they both even had me laughing throughout the entire process.
