I had been out of water for over a week and A-1 said they could be at my house the next day with a 30 minute heads up (Dispatch people where very friendly). I was fine with that and waited all day. Got a call at 9:00pm that night and dispatch said I was still on the list but there were other jobs still ahead of me and it maybe later that night. I opted for them to come another day at a scheduled time. They came on Sunday and didn't charge me for the after hour fee however their prices were way higher for what I feel they did... read more

Very pleased with the service from A-1. Brian was prompt and friendly. Was able to resolve a hot water issue after giving me several options. Will use again if any plumbing work is needed.

Had a broken water line. My neighbor recommended A1 and I was not disappointed. Ponciano N came out and took care of the problem.He was professional, knowledgeable and eased my anxiety. Thank you so much A1, next time I will be the one doing the recommending.

Zak was AWESOME!!!! If I could give him more stars I would. He walked me through the entire event of services, what I needed and suggestions to better our unit. Now lets talk PRICE, what a great deal!!!! They waved the service fee and I get the heater fixed and then I will get cooler maintenance come spring for a great low price!! With no up-sale pressure .I will be up grading to the there maintenance package so my heater and cooler stay in tune. So . . . we're currently in the middle of Boise's 2017 snowpocalypse. I KNOW that there are frozen pipes and true emergencies on every block right now. We noticed a puddle of water in our basement bathroom and discovered it was a leak in the pipe going into our water heater. We've had previous stellar experiences with A1 in the past so, they were our first call. Mike Thompson serviced my gas furnace today. He was prompt, knew how to quickly assess the problem, fixed it and I am happy to say I have a nice warm home now thanks to this friendly man.
