Never go to Perfect Heating and Air for you air conditioning needs. They are scam artists. We were quoted $1400 to upwards of $2200 to fix a problem that didn't exist. Not only that, but we were told that we may be better off getting an entirely new system all together for a minimal charge of $5200. When we had a reliable company come in for a second opinion, our issue was fixed by a $25 part that we were not even charged for. Everything is working wonderfully now. This is despicable and frankly it's highly unprofessional.

Leaking garbage disposal was replaced with a GAD-008-00100 In-Sink-Erator PRO-Essential with in hours after we discovered the leak and called. Installation was very professional and took about an hour. There was a clanking noise in the new disposal that Damien said was just the blades spinning. After using the unit a few times whatever was in the unit, not the blades, was chewed up and now the unit is extremely quiet and works great. Excellent experience. Allen was very professional and down to earth. Arrived ahead of schedule. Quickly assessed situation and offered various options, including pricing of each. Had all materials and supplies needed in his service van. Fixed the problem quickly . Performed plumbing inspection and identified additional problem elsewhere. Completely satisfied.

The men that you sent out were extremely friendly. respectful, clean, thorough , and fixed the problem with my toilet as well as other things.........but....the price you charge is shocking! Obviously we called a plumber because we needed a plumber.......I doubt I would use you again nor recommend you because of the price. Again....the workers were amazing the price not so much!

Overall they did a good job. I had 2 technicians show up today. Both times they called and said they would be at my house in a half hour. Both times it took them an hour to get to my home. Not that big of a deal, but it threw off my scheduled conference calls. Both of the plumbers were excellent though. Nice guys, were polite and did their job efficiently, effectively, and with full transparency. I will use them again.
I waited for 2 days with water running. Not good. Brian got here on time and finished removing and installing outside faucet in record time. Very personable.
