As usual, the Perfect Plumbing technician, Chris, did a great job.
A1 Plumbing installed a new gas line from my garage to the kitchen for a new gas stove and they also installed a new hot water heater. The A! technicians were professional and friendly. They listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. I would recommend A1 Plumbing to anyone. They get the job done and done right.

A1 was able to fit me into the schedule within a day of me calling to get my air conditioner looked at. Everyone in their office was super pleasant and helpful even though I had to call back multiple times because I have a homeowners warranty company that was being difficult to work with. The technician, Mike, was friendly and answered all of my questions as well as the ones that the warranty company was asking. The technician was very nice and professional. They were on time. I felt like the service was way more expensive than need be so in that I was disappointed.

These guys came out twice during hellishly hot weather to try to get our AC up and running. I was shocked that they were able to get to us. Turns out it is an older, low quality brand unit that is 12 years old. We decided to get a new AC. After looking at the their warranty, I was super impressed. Techs and dispatch were delightful to work with.

Blower fan crapped out on me yesterday (July 3rd). Called multiple companies, Perfect Air was the only one that could come out. Mike T came out around 6:30pm at the end of what was obviously a long day for him. Polite, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable. Took him a little bit to diagnose the issue, and once done gave me the option for a temporary fix (I will be replacing the A/C and furnace very soon). My husband spent 3 weeks trying to fix a leak on our toilet and Dan was able to come in and fix it in 30 minutes. Dan was very personable, professional, and instantly became best friends with my dog Max. I would highly recommend.
