Great experience! First time to have A1/Perfect Plumbing repair my furnace. Albert C. was very professional, and knowledgeable about the issues I was having. I appreciate the honesty, and the fact that he was able to fix it on the first call. I will defiantly have A1/ Perfect Plumbing repair, and service my equipment in the future. Hard to find good professional people in such a competitive market, but A1/Perfect Plumbing is doing it right!

Our experiences with A1 have always been positive. We use them for plumbing, heating, and air. . .an annual visit for each service. The technicians are very professional and extremely polite. Today we had the furnace checked by their technician Kurtis L. True to A1's service, Kurtis performed his duties very well. I especially like their policy to call 30-40 minutes prior to arrival time.

Damien cane out and put in gas lines so we can switch our cooktop over to gas. He was on time and did great work. Very friendly. Great company. Their customer service is excellent.

Thomas G came out from A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air and performed a Plumbing Safety check. He did a great job and really checked out everything in the house and under the house. Discovered my water softener was totally non-functioning and installed a new softener/filtration unit. Everything was done in a very professional and courteous fashion. I felt very confident of all the improvements that were made. Would recommend Thomas and A1 Plumbing!

The repair person was knowledgeable, was able to respond quickly and provided quotes for the jobs I needed to complete. The office staff was less than satisfactory. I had to explain to a new person who seemed confused each time I called. That was frustrating but the technicians were great.
Excellent job as usual, by A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air,by their skilled technician Josh Martinez. He kept us informed and up dated by his work and his excellent work / job being CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Thanks Josh
