Our hot water heater stopped working so we called in the morning. They came the same morning and replaced the water heater. We had a nice friendly service man who explained everything thoroughly.

So, we started off on a rocky footing with a mix up on scheduling and some other things. Scott called me first thing Monday morning and said "We want to do what it takes to make this right." Within 5 minutes he had a tech scheduled to meet me within 30 minutes of his call. The tech (Kasey Whiting) was one of the most professional and polite people I have ever met.
