RecommendedTom Scott was very professional and explained all of options to repair our tub/shower faucet. Was able to fix the problem. Told us what we need to get parts for a 20 year old faucet. Will use them again. I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing. thank you Wayne

Had A1 unclog a toilet for my tenant. They took my credit card on file in case tenant wouldn’t pay in addition and stated they would call to approve any repairs. $195 to unclog a toilet. Tenant tried to pay and handed them $61 coupon. The plumber refused the coupon and stated they already ran my card. After I was informed by my tenant that the plumber refused her coupon I called the main office and explained what had happened. The receptionist stated she would get back with me. They never did. I’m very pleased with their service. Allen Grengs was friendly & professional. He was prompt with my scheduled appointment, answered questions, showed me my options for purchasing a new faucet & disposal & was efficient with the installation. I even got to use the mail in coupon & saved $61 on my repair :)

Dan Caruso was incredibly helpful during my annual plumbing tune up that I get with my service contract from A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air. He provided friendly and knowledgeable advice regarding potential replacements and upgrades and provided expert service on all of the plumbing needs of our house. Can't recommend highly enough. Five star service.
