They sent someone with in a hour. Tom was personable and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust him. The water heater was leaking and I was afraid of having to replace it. He say it was the hose leaking and he replaced both of them I will call them next spring to replace water heater. Thanks perfect plumbing!!
Perfect is a good word to describe the quick response this business provides in emergency situations. I discovered a leak at my hose bib as we were packing the car for Ketchum yesterday. Less than an hour and a half later, we were on our way. Thank you, Perfect Plumbing!
Both technicians were prompt and curtious and cordial They listened to me and went to work. I was shown all the work they did They cleaned up and put everything g back Thank you for cleaning out the dryer vent
When I called to get an appointment on short notice they were able to fit me in. Mike and Armondo were great and explained everything thoroughly and what was necessary to get our gas leak fixed and turn everything back on. They was personable and professional.
David Cole did an excellent professional job on servicing both our furnace and air conditioner. He went over his findings with us and fully explained what he had found. We would definitely recommend them
