We had a water heater emergency on Sunday. Plumbing expert Allen Grengs responded quickly and replaced the water heater. His service was very professional and efficient. He was also personable which is a big plus in todays world.
They came out for a tune up on our Air conditioning System. We were missed a few weeks ago due to emergencies. We had to wait until the end of the month. The Tech went through our system and asked about all the dust and dirt which comes through the ducts. He was very knowledgeable. The only problem we had was the fact we could not figure why our house would not cool back down after he left. He did not turn the outside fuse box.
