RecommendedI had A1 Plumbing come out for a clogged drain in my bathroom. Daniel came out, surveyed the situation and said he could fix the problem in no time. Well he got into the drain and discovered that my cast iron pipe had rusted together and that was why it wouldn't drain. We set up an appointment for Daniel to come back and replace the rusted pipe and said it would take about 2-3 hours. He was done in less than 2 hours and the drain is all clear. they no-showed me without a call, then called me when i tried to put a bad review on their site. i confirmed my name and email to access the review page and the never approved my chance to review. i will not do business with them whe there are so many good companies out there.

Called to schedule a plumbing appointment and the lady we spoke to said they don’t fix toilets. The she asked “Is the Timmy?” Then, confused, we asked if they are a plumbing company, and she said “Yes, oh wait yeah we do that.” We hung up because if we can’t even schedule an appointment, what kind of service can we be expecting?
They did a service job at my neighbor’s house which required digging on my property. I authorized them to dig, saying it was fine as long as my lawn was put back to its original condition. They left an approximately 5” mound of dirt over the huge hole they dug, and laid the sod back on top of the previously flat area. It looked horrible. My neighbor’s lawn, which had a huge trench dug in it, looked perfect within just a few days. Saturday evening find out the AC is no longer working. Called the on call and scheduled for the next day. Services was prompt, kind and clear with what was to be done and how much it costs. This visit was just another reason we are monthly members with them! Great job Greg!

Plumbing issue was resolved in a very professional and timely manner! The service tech Dean was at my house within 30 minutes as told. I purchased the yearly PerfectCare club plan and not only did I save money in today’s service, I’m looking forward to the excellent service throughout the rest of this years plan.
