RecommendedMy 17 year old water heater was leaking and no longer met code. This was my first experience with Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air. I called in this morning and they came out, quoted what needed done and installed it. It’s now up to code and they also supplied a carbon monoxide sensor. I liked the prompt response. They were absolutely great!! From the service I got from my first phone call all the way through. Trevor was my plumbing tech and he was superb. From the information he provided to the installation was great. What a great company representative. Tony was also great Looking at my furnace issues and coming up with a great solution. Another really great company representative. I wish I could name the great ladies that I talked to on the phone. They were empathetic and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
Perfect has helped me out more than once. Their servicemen are always on time, knowledgeable and I am always more than satisfied. I will always recommend them.

The tech showed up when he said he would, assessed the problem, explained the options, & fixed the problem in time for me to make my afternoon appointment. Very pleased with this plumbing service.
I hate leaving reviews but here I am because I have had to deal with four different scheduling coordinators thus far and it has been an infuriating experience. What does it matter if they have 'competent' service if they never manage to come out to their own appointments or get your appointment confused with the neighbors? No one has called me back as promised and so far two people have blamed me for 'not being there' on scheduled appointments that were not mine.
I worked with Trevor and with Eric. Both were extremely helpful and professional. I look forward to working with them again.
Trevor was amazing and I'd give him as many stars as possible! He did a great job and provided outstanding customer service. I'd like him to receive the recognition he deserves. Highly Recommend Perfect for all your plumbing and HVAC needs!
