Brandon arrived on time and was so polite and very thorough in his inspection. He explained everything he did, offered a couple of ideas for improving air flow but did not pressure me for purchasing the service or product. Was a great service!
Yearly service technician (Ken) was friendly and highly knowledgeable. Performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system that Perfect installed a few years ago. Was impressed with the company when we purchased our system and continue to be impressed by their professional employees.
