Don't let their "Pretty Boy Appearance " fool you, these guys are nothing but Con Artists! Their "Technician " John came out and looked at our Air Conditioner Unit. He didn't want us to go outside and actually see what he was doing! He didn't attempt to clean the Unit, or check to see if it needed to be recharged or anything, and then tells us that it needs to be replaced! We just had split systems installed in our duplex. These guys are amazing! They stayed late to get our systems up and running. It was triple digits yesterday and they worked non-stop in a sweltering attic. These split system units have an amazing warranty and the installation, when faced with unexpected issues, went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend A1 Plumbing and Heating!

I wish I could have given a good review. Referral from friend that used to work with Ryan. Outside unit wasn't working. After a work up of $1,881 and a recommendation of a new a/c and furnace I had my friend come look since he used to work in the trade. He diagnosed bad fuses, I went to Lowe's picked them up for $5 and my a/c runs great. I felt like I was trying to be scammed, I know my unit is old but why not just change the fuses and get my house cooler and recommend I do that in the future? They were prompt and they explained Everything to me so I could see the whole picture. There was no surprise charges.
Trevor was courteous and friendly. He was careful, wore his mask, and kept a safe distance during the routine check of my HVAC system.
Trevor arrived on time and demonstrated good CDC procedures on staying safe in the current environment. He was thorough, polite and changed the filter for me. He did recommend a lock on the air conditioning refrigerant which I thought was an good idea and agreed to have him install the lock. Excellent customer service.
