Furnace noise Needed noise in furnace checked and annual ac cleaning. Work was done within a couple of days of my rust and was done professionally and quickly. The customer service person, Emily, was excellent too. I highly recommend this organization.

Furnace Repair Our furnace quit in the early eve of the coldest day yet this winter. The indoor temp dropped to 54 degrees. I called A-1 and left a message asking to have a service call first thing in the morning if possible. I received a call just before 8am the next morning and arrangements were made to have a technician come out between 9am and 1pm. Furnace and air conditional installation I had a Daikin DM96VE0603BNAA furnace and DX16SA0241AA air conditioner installed by A1 Air Conditioning & Heating. The company representative Gord was very patient with all of my questions and gave good answers. They came when they said they would come and worked very hard. It was a very full days work. Furnace repair Using my Supercare contract with A1 I called this company as my furnace stopped working at -11 Celsius. Mike came within 3 hours in spite of many other service calls, and repaired my furnace with obvious professionalism, and free of charge. While working on the furnace Mike gave me many useful hints to operate my furnace more efficiently, and helped me to adjust my humidifier. This went far beyond expectance. I haven't met a better technician yet.
