annual air conditioning maintenance service. Mike the tech who attended my service for the a/c was promptly on time. He was very courteous at the door and took off his work boots upon entering the home.Providing a complete inspection inside and out even helping me hook up our garden hose to flush the unit outside.I was most impressed with his professionalism and requested I might obtain his services next time.

Air Conditioning Replacement (#74140) Great service and reasonably priced. Professional installation and confident the job was well done. The only glitch was a disconnect between the crew and the office on when they were to arrive for the install. Was told by office to expect them at 7am, but crew had always planned to start around 9am. Install was on a Saturday when office closed so couldn't reach anyone to confirm they were still coming. A/C repair We have been with you for over 40 years. My husband travelled all the time and when anything went wrong with our heat or A/C I could always rely on getting help. Even if it was not a problem with either of these appliances, your gentlemen always took time to help me.

Furnance Replacement (Dispatch # 69131) Simply, just very happy with the outstanding service level provided by A1. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, provided a lot of great information and made the worry of a furnace replacement a non issue. I would absolutely recommend them and I have already have to friends and neighbours! Keep up the outstanding work!

furnace repair Called A1 at 8:30am and service repairman arrived at 11:00am. Noise was from the cond. pump and was replace under out Super Care Warranty. Mike was very courteous, informative and even explained our computerize thermostat to us as he notice we had a notification on it. Very pleased with this company and I always recommend them to friends and family.
