Prompt, professional service AC was down in a week where temps were 30 plus. I called A1 and they serviced next day and new AC installed next day. Very professional from salesman to installers.

New Furnace Issue Dispatch #61756. I had A1 install a new furnace in July 2015 and decided it was now time to test it before the weather gets really cold. Set the thermostat to heat, furnace came on and brought the house up to temperature then shut-off. However on the next call for heat the furnace did not light and the LED indicator started to flash red. I called service, left a message and John promptly responded. After hours service Our furnace broke down on the coldest weekend of the winter. We have the Supercare warranty with A1 and Adrian came out late at night to get the heat back on. My Mother is in and out of the hospital for treatment, so I real appreciate Adrian and A1 for the great service!!

New Furnace/AC/Humidifier #77169 I found A1 while doing a search online of local HVAC companies. My furnace was about 17 years old, mid-efficiency and was giving a few errors when heating up last winter. This summer my AC, which was also a little old, had trouble cooling down the house. This summer was so hot that it would run from morning until night non-stop and could barely hold the temperature. If it was extra humid or we had company, forget about it. Annual maintenance ref# 60904 A1 have performed annual preventive maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace since they installed them about eight years ago. The technicians have always been prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient every time. They were equally knowledgeable and efficient at the installation and were honest and candid when quoting for the installation. Have definitely never regretted selecting them .

Leak in Furnace Area Had a leak in furnace area related to humidifier and defective pump. Were at the house within 2 hours. Rigged a temporary fix so we could still use the air conditioning and came back first thing the next morning. Replaced both humidifier and pump very smoothly. John was a great technician.

AC unit installation #59407 I recently have one of my AC replaced by A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. The technician detected a leak in the unit and could not find out the source of leakage. He recommended to replace the whole unit. The installers , Mike and Mike came the next day and they were very professional and understanding. I expressed my concern that they would need to cut open some area of my basement ceiling to replace the inside line. They even rechecked my indoor line even it was not part of their job. Furnace and AC Replacement #72139 I recently hired A1 to do a complete replacement of my furnace and AC system. Scott and the team at A1 did a great job, were very responsive and addressed all issues promptly. I would recommend A1 for anyone looking for any HVAC needs.
