A1 Service from A1 an Technician! 82570 - Our Service Tech, John, provided us with great service this fall. We had a simple repair to our exterior piping and while I was concerned that the end result would be an eyesore, John did a great job keeping it neat, simple and as inconspicuous as possible. The net result exceeded what I had expected. Like all the Technicians who have serviced us since 2009, John was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Happy for 16 years and counting When we moved into our new (to us) house 16 years ago, we were advised we needed a new furnace. I shopped around and eventually chose a high-efficiency Carrier furnace to be installed by A1 Air Conditioning and Heating. At the time I chose them because they met the competitor's price and had the best warranty (10 years). Furnace/Tankless yearly service call My number is #81907. Technician was on time and went about his work quickly and efficiently. He identified issues with some pieces of the equipment and went about correcting them. He had to replace a blower motor and did a thorough cleaning. When done he gave a complete rundown of everything he did.

Furnace Tune-up We often look on HomeStars for our contractors and I came across A1. I admit I called another company prior to them as their sticker was on the furnace already but they told me they can't come for a quick tune up until the end of November.... I contacted A1 and they were quick and friendly. I had to cancel the first appt due to an obligation that came up the next day and they changed it without any hesitation. Furnace Check We have been using A1 Heating for many years now. We used them with our old furnace and they suggested it was time for a new one. If they feel something is not right or could use an upgrade they inform us . I would recommend A1 . Their staff are all very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Thanks again A1 #79711

Air conditioner Called a1 on Sunday as the air was not working. They called Monday and someone was round to see us that day. After he did the inspection found that coil was leaking. Was cheaper to buy a new unit with a 12 year warranty than replace coil. Salesman came to see us Tuesday am and we actually had the unit installed the next day. Workers were to start at 7 am. They arrived at 7 and left at 10. We were very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend them
A/C Service Peter arrived on time and completed the service for the A/C unit, then called in to arrange a service for the furnace as there was a water leak. My complaint regards the clumsy process for submitting the review. If I choose 3 stars or less, I have a direct email to the A1 site. If I choose 4 or 5 Stars I have this clumsy process wherein I must figure out how to sign in with my Gmail address, instead of being presented with a review form to submit directly, like the 1 to 3 star option.
