Furnace Message-System Malfunction-Call Technician Called emergency Saturday morning and left message. Mike returned my call within half an hour. He arrived within his suggetsed window about two hours later, quickly determined the problem was the blower, had to go to Hamilton to get the part and then replaced. Furnace Maintenance ref# 79600 We have been customers for almost 10 years. A1 is always professional, and their courteous employees arrive when they say they will. We have had furnace emergencies in the past and with their insurance plan, the issues were taken care of quickly (24/7) and there was no "fine print" in the agreement. It was all covered through the policy. We are very satisfied and will continue our service with A1.

Home Renovation Celled this company instead of my usual as the previous owners used them and felt they would be familiar with the systems. What a difference!! Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, professional, tidy...like where do I stop? Just the fact that there is no sub-contracting so consistency and accountability are always there makes these guys worth switching to. I'm sold.

New air conditioner & furnace A1 did not miss a beat. Called for service and within two hours service tech was there. Required new furnace and sales rep was over within one hour. Price was better than others so I added to replace air conditioner at the same time. 7am next day on a Saturday installers delivered and installed new. By 3pm work completed. Also cool thermostat installed.

A1 Repair of split system/ductless AC units and installation of new high efficiency furnace Have central air supplemented by Mitsubishi split system/ductless air conditioning units. Beyond cleaning the ductless filters regularly, it turns out that they also need annual or bi-annual professional cleaning. Who knew? (A1 did not sell me those units).
