Furnace replacement Mike and Dallas did a super job replacing our furnace recently. From our original contact to completion, A-1 were informative and professional. Both Mike and Dallas actually cared for what and how they were installing the new furnace in our home. Also, Mike was able to "save" our drywall from being torn down while re-directing our piping outside. Much appreciated. Cleanup by Mike and Dallas was awesome. Carrier Furance Got a Furance in 2010 and it's been great! Love the warrenty services they offer. Never had a bad experience thus far, only bad thing is the price of the yearly service, would be nice if they included a Furance filter. #82181

Furnace Installation/Maintenance We purchased a furnace and air conditioner several years ago from A1 and recently purchased their maintenance program. We had only 1 issue with the programmable thermostat which they replaced. Outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommended. 79542

Furnace not heating house properly Our furnace would randomly give heat and then only blow cold air. I had the thermostat set at 71 degrees, yet the house was always between 63-69 degrees. The fan would start, flames would ignite, and then it would shut off. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and let me know there would be a $99.00 charge for a technician to diagnose the problem, which I was fine with and glad she informed me of this right away. New Air conditioning, Furnace & Ductwork My home is 30+ years old. Our HVAC wasnt efficient, costing too much money to run, not working properly and I suspected a ductwork problem because my 2 boys' rooms were saunas in the summer and the Arctic in winter.
